By accessing and using VoIPot services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

VoIPot provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony services for residential and business customers in the UK. Our services include but are not limited to voice calling, voicemail, and related telecommunication features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Service Limitations

Our services rely on internet connectivity. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet service provider or other factors beyond our control.

6. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time with one month's notice. We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

VoIPot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
